Please give these a quick read before commissiong me!
General1. By commissioning me (Teeth) for digital or traditional art pieces you are agreeing to these terms
2. Teeth has the right to refuse a commission for any reason
3. Teeth as the artist, maintains all rights to completed artwork. Teeth has the rights to repost and use completed artwork as advertisement and examples in their portfolio.
4. Clients may repost commissioned artwork, but must credit Teeth or the artists personal account as long as no profit is being made by the client. (no selling the artwork on T shirts/prints/merch unless given written permission from Teeth/the artist)
5. Teeth does not claim rights to any characters or other intellectual property used in the process of creating the artwork.
6. You have a limit to 5 changes to the initial sketch, Teeth has the right to reduce or add to this number depending on the situation.
If you ask the artist to change the sketch more then 5 times you have a risk of being black listed.
7. Using Teeth's art for AI teaching/ NFT’s and so on is strictly prohibited.
8. Payment will need to be received in 24 hours of the initial request unless we have worked something out. You will have a risk of being blacklisted if Teeth does not hear from you at the time payment is requested!
9. Insulting/ harming / disrespecting Teeth or her community in any form is not tolerated. You will be blacklisted.
Ordering Art1. payments are through paypal or kofi (any other payment methods can be discussed )
2. Quotes can be requested at any time, but only last for 2 months. Must give a description of what is wanted with a minimum 1 view digital refsheet or images.
3. Commissions are accepted when "Open" status is shown on social media posts.
4. It is your responsibility to provide all the relevant information about your commission including an accurate refsheet/ images.
5. If a commission involves characters belonging to other people you must have permission to use them.
6. I so not offer unity work with my retexture commissions, It is your responsibility to get it into the game.
7. If I decided to cancel a commission for any reason you are entitled to a full refund unless work has been started on the commission.
8. I am entitled to cancel or refuse any commission regardless of the circumstances of said commission or client.
9. If a chargeback is made, the client will be blacklisted and blocked and the artwork will be re-purposed.
Ordering NSFW1. Teeth will draw NSFW art. ( some fetish art)
however commissions may be refused depending on the topic.
Cub, NSFW feral pieces, hateful images ect will NOT be accepted.
2. you must be 18+ to commission NSFW art
(ID may be requested, along side proof that the ID is yours, so please be prepared to provide it if needed)
no NSFW examples will be shown before age is confirmed.
3. NSFW art is posted on Teeth's AD uncensored, all those believed to be underage will be blocked and blacklisted.
